The Quantum Challenge is Steve McCardell's book showing why it's so important that we question the status quo, and how quantum physics is not only doing that, but how it's also revolutionizing the field of health.

This is an excellent introduction to alternative viewpoints on such topics as vaccinations (including a potential solution to autism), fluoride, and pharmaceutical medications. Because it does so in a non-judgmental way -- its bottom line message is to give everyone freedom to educate themselves and choose their own path -- it makes a great tool for explaining one's interest in alternative wellness to others.

The book then introduces quantum healing: what it is as well as its scientific basis. As it explores specific quantum healing modalities -- including Reiki, acupuncture, homeopathy, magnetic therapy, sound therapy, light therapy, and the latest in computerized health scans -- it also references mainstream research and articles supporting the use of these forms of healing.

The Quantum Challenge was completely revised in January 2010 for a second edition. It will be expanded a bit more in the first half of 2010 before becoming available both in print and as an e-book for the Kindle.
